convenient time for a local appraiser to meet you at your home and
assess the value of your home. This is required by all lenders to
determine how much they are willing to lend to you.
STEP 4: CLOSE ON YOUR LOAN

have all the documents we need to complete the process, we schedule
a closing date, which can be as quick as seven business days after
